Precision Turning Specialist – Lathe Operations (m/w/d)
Location and Working Hours
- Location: Walzbachtal
- Employment type: Full-time, 2-shift system
- Working hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
Your Responsibilities
- Independently setting up and operating CNC-controlled lathes to manufacture precise components
- Monitoring production workflows and executing quality assurance measures to meet strict tolerances
- Programming and optimizing CNC machine controls, including experience with systems such as Heidenhain or Fanuc
- Performing regular maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure smooth machine operation
- Collaborating with team members to continuously improve manufacturing processes and efficiency
- Adhering to safety guidelines and company standards during all production activities
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as a precision machinist, manufacturing technician, or comparable qualification
- Proven experience with CNC lathe operation and programming
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and applying quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and a solution-oriented, independent working style
- Good communication skills and flexibility to work in a 2-shift system
