To support our client in Karlsruhe, we are looking for a dedicated Sales Support Specialist (m/w/d).
Location: Karlsruhe (Baden) Employment type: Full-time Working hours: 35 - 40 hours per week
Your responsibilities:
- Managing incoming customer inquiries and processing orders efficiently
- Preparing tailored sales proposals and confirming orders
- Coordinating delivery schedules and managing procurement processes
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer and order records in internal systems
- Collaborating closely with field sales teams and cross-functional departments to ensure smooth operations
Your qualifications:
- Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification
- Initial experience in sales support or a related role is advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with ERP software
- Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a team-oriented approach
- Independent, structured, and solution-focused working style
