Your Responsibilities
- Independently applying various coating techniques to wood surfaces in an industrial setting
- Operating and monitoring production machinery and equipment to ensure smooth processes
- Maintaining strict adherence to quality standards throughout the production cycle
- Professionally packaging finished products according to specific customer requirements
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system
Your Profile
- Strong interest and enthusiasm for working with wood as a material
- Completed vocational training, preferably as a coating process mechanic, painter, or a comparable profession
- Practical experience in surface treatment, especially in wood coating
- Confident handling of paints, varnishes, and stains with good technical understanding
- Excellent color perception
- Proficient German language skills, both written and spoken
- Team-oriented approach and a good sense of technical workflows
